1. General Introduction and Definitions

2. Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account and use any service on etbet, the user must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Creating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited. etbet may request the necessary documents to verify age at any time and reserves the right to restrict the account until verification is complete.
2.2 Registration Terms
When registering an account, the user must comply with the following conditions:
- All information provided must be true, accurate, and up to date.
- Each person may create only one account.
- Creating an account in another person's name or identity is prohibited.
- Registering with a fake or fictitious identity is strictly prohibited.
- By registering, you acknowledge that you are using the platform voluntarily and of your own judgment.
2.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited
A user may not operate more than one account. If multiple accounts are operated from the same device, IP address, or payment method, this will be considered a violation of the rules, and all associated accounts may be closed along with cancellation of any earned bonuses or balances.
3. Account Management and Security
3.1 Account Responsibility
It is solely your responsibility to keep your etbet account password and login details confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. Account details should not be shared with any third party, and etbet bears no liability in the event of such an occurrence.
3.2 Security Breach
If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. etbet reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account in the case of suspicious activity. The associated balance may be placed on hold until the investigation is complete.
3.3 Updating Information
If any of your personal details change (such as your mobile number or payment method), please update your account profile or inform the support team. etbet is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
To deposit funds into etbet, a minimum of ৳300 (three hundred taka) is required. The payment methods accepted on the platform are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposit transactions are processed through secure SSL-encrypted channels.
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
- Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
- The correct account number and reference must be used when making a deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Successful withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method originally used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited.

4.3 Currency and Tax

5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳12,000 or more gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳17,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x) the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer may have a specific validity period; if the bonus is not used within the set time, it will be cancelled.
- The wagering requirement must be met before converting earnings from a bonus into cash.
- etbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If bonus abuse or manipulation is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be investigated.
- Each promotion applies to one member, one device, one household, or one IP address only.
5.4 VIP Program
The etbet VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Members can advance to higher tiers based on active play. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver offers up to 0.5%, and Gold offers up to 0.8% weekly cashback. The same wagering and bonus conditions may also apply to cashback rewards.
6. Gameplay Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
etbet is committed to ensuring fair play. The outcome of all games is determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealers. No player or third party can manipulate any outcome, and etbet does not accept any such claims.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a game session is affected by a technical error or internet disconnection, etbet will investigate the situation and attempt to provide a fair resolution. etbet is not obligated to pay winnings that were incorrectly displayed due to a server error.
6.3 Betting Limits
Different betting limits apply to different games. A specific maximum bet limit may apply when wagering with bonus funds. Bets placed above this limit may result in the bonus being cancelled.
7. Prohibited Activities
7.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on etbet and may result in permanent account closure:
- Playing or placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Strategic betting with the intent to abuse the bonus system (bonus hunting / arbitrage).
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
- Fraudulent behavior or collusion with other members.
- Hacking, phishing, or exploiting security vulnerabilities in the platform.
- Operating an account using a fake identity or documents.
- Initiating chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes.
7.2 Consequences of Violations
Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities may result in etbet suspending or permanently closing the account without notice, cancelling all bonuses and winnings, and taking legal action where applicable.
